Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details so you can track your package in real time.
Delayed or Missing Orders

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Aakaar is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, contact us within a few hours of placing the order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund as applicable).
